over priced useless infomation!
I heard the term "clean eating" thru my roomate last month, she said she's been trying it and even I, can see some changes, so I wanted to check a book more about the diet. I understood the concept of the diet after reading this book (it's very well wriiten! ☺️). I like the idea of Lessing the processing of the foods I eat and more of the naturals instead. I also read the benefits of clean eating and it matches to my roomates improvement, I mean her skin really started glowing and she's sleeping better now. This book talked me thru trying this diet! Great book!
